Please let us know if you will arrive outside these hours. This allows us to prepare everything so you can check in easily using our self-service kiosk.
Check-In via Kiosk
Our rooms are ready for check-in from 2:00 PM on your arrival day.
- Select your preferred language.
- Tap “I have a reservation” and follow the instructions.
- Enter the last name from your booking confirmation.
- You will receive a printout with the hotel entrance code and your personal room code.

Turn on the small keypad next to the main entrance.
Enter the entrance code (shown at the bottom of the printout).
Open the door when the buzzer sounds.

Opening Your Room
- Activate the keypad on your room door.
- Enter your personal room code from the printout.
- Turn the door handle when you hear the click.
