When can I check in?
Your room will be available from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Check-out: please by 12:00 noon
You can check in via our check-in kiosk regardless of the reception opening hours.
Where can I park my car?
A limited number of free parking spaces are available at the hotel.
Parking in the surrounding side streets is also free of charge.
Alternatively, we offer you the option of booking an underground parking space for EUR 8 per day.
The maximum vehicle height for the underground garage is 1.95 m.
Please reserve in advance.
Please do not park in the private parking spaces behind the hotel!
When is breakfast served?
Breakfast hours:
Monday – Friday: 6:00 – 10:00
Saturday + Sunday: 7:00 – 11:00
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major bank and credit cards, as well as cash and PayPal.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are very welcome here.
The surcharge per dog per night is EUR 8.00.
Please register your four-legged friend in advance and bring a blanket, cushion or dog basket with you.
Can I store my bicycle?
Yes, we provide safe parking facilities for bicycles and e-bikes.
Can I rent a bicycle?
Yes, bicycles and e-bikes can be hired for one or more days.
Please reserve them in advance if possible.
