Balconies: Not all rooms have access to a balcony. Only double and triple rooms have access to a narrow outdoor balcony running around the building. Please note that this is not a traditional balcony with seating.
Arrival and check-in
Your room is available from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 12:00 noon on the day of departure.
Late arrival is no problem: outside reception opening hours, our 24-hour self check-in kiosk is available at the hotel entrance. Earlier check-in may be possible by prior arrangement and subject to the availability of rooms that have already been cleaned. You are welcome to leave your luggage with us before check-in.

Our generous continental breakfast buffet is served on the 10th floor with panoramic views. We are happy to accommodate vegan requirements and food intolerances where possible; please let us know in advance whenever possible. High chairs are available for children.
Parking
A limited number of free outdoor parking spaces are available directly at the hotel. These spaces cannot be reserved.
Alternatively, you can reserve a space in our underground car park for €10.00 per day. The maximum entrance height is 1.95 m. Free public parking is also available on Schönwasserstraße and Gustav-Wilhelm-Straße.
Please note: The private parking spaces behind the hotel do not belong to the Garden Hotel.

The Garden Hotel is located in Krefeld-Bockum, close to Krefeld Zoo, the Botanical Garden and Grotenburg Stadium. The hotel is also conveniently accessible from Düsseldorf via the A57 motorway.

Families, dogs and bicycles
Families
For families, one quadruple room with a bunk bed suitable for children is available. As we only have one such room, we recommend enquiring early. Travel cots are available free of charge on request, and high chairs are provided in the breakfast room.
Dogs
Dogs are welcome with prior notice. The surcharge is €8.00 per dog per night. Please bring your dog’s own blanket, cushion or basket. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats.
Bicycles
Covered storage is available for bicycles and pedelecs. Bicycles can also be rented for one or more days; advance reservation is recommended.
Food, drinks and payment
The Garden Hotel does not have its own restaurant. Our small hotel bar/lounge has a self-service refrigerator with a selection of drinks and snacks. Several restaurants are located within a few minutes’ walk of the hotel.
We accept common debit and credit cards, cash and PayPal. Advance payment is also possible.
