Reception & Arrival – Information for Your Stay

Here you will find opening hours, check-in & check-out information, self-check-in and late check-in information, so that your stay at the Garden Hotel Krefeld is as pleasant and uncomplicated as possible.

Reception Opening Hours

Monday–Friday: 6:00 am – 10:00 pm (December–March: 6:00 am – 9:00 pm)
Saturday: 7:00 am – 10:00 pm (December–March: 7:00 am – 9:00 pm)
Sunday: 7:00 am – 12:00 pm

Additional opening hours as needed. Please also check the notices in the elevator.

Early & Late Arrival Outside Reception Hours

We will be happy to send you an access code or instructions for our check-in terminal in advance.

Check-In & Check-Out Times

Check-In: from 2:00 pm Earlier check-in possible upon request. Luggage can be stored in advance.
Check-Out: until 12:00 pm
Late Check-Out:
Until 2:00 pm: €30
After 2:00 pm: 80% of the room rate

Check-In Terminal – How It Works

Our check-in kiosk allows you to conveniently arrive outside reception hours.

Instructions for existing reservations:

Select your language
Select “I have a reservation”
Enter your last name
Follow the instructions on the screen
You will receive a printout with your access code

Access Code – Usage

For the hotel entrance:

Activate the keypad next to the entrance door
Enter the 9-digit code from your printout
Pull the door once the buzzer sounds

For your room:

Activate the display at the door lock
Enter the first 6 digits of your code
Turn the knob to open the door
