Here you will find all information regarding smoking inside and around the hotel. We want every guest to feel comfortable during their stay.
Non-Smoking Areas
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire building. This also applies to e-cigarettes and cannabis products.
Designated Smoking Areas
- Marked area in front of the hotel entrance (ground floor)
- Smoking corners on floors 8, 9 and 10
- Terrace on the 10th floor
Safety and Fire Alarm
All rooms and public areas are equipped with sensitive smoke detectors, directly connected to the fire department.
Smoke and steam can trigger the alarm. This also applies to steam produced by private cooking devices. A triggered alarm may result in a costly fire brigade operation.
False alarms can be traced back to the room and will be charged to the responsible guest.

Access & Elevators
- Hotel on the upper floors (8th–10th) of a residential high-rise.
- Two elevators: one runs directly from the ground floor to hotel areas, one serves the room floors.
- Both elevators are very compact: wheelchairs generally fit, space is limited.
- Staircases are reserved for fire service and not a regular guest access route.
Rooms & Bathrooms
- Showers or bathtubs depending on category.
- Showers are not level-access (small to higher step).
- No grab bars / no senior-friendly/disabled-accessible fixtures installed.
- Generally sufficient circulation space around beds.
Flooring
- 8th floor: vinyl flooring.
- 9th floor: carpet.
- 10th floor: rooms with both flooring types.
Tip for Less Mobile Guests
To minimise walking distances, we recommend a room on the 10th floor – this is also where the breakfast room is located.
Allergy-Friendly
Specific allergy-friendly bedding or room types are not designated at present. If you have particular requirements, please contact us before arrival — we will do our best to accommodate them.

You are welcome to note individual preferences when booking, e.g.:

- Room with balcony
We will try to fulfil requests where possible; however, we cannot guarantee them.
